Seven employees at the STX Beef Co. plant in Corpus Christi have tested positive for the novel coronavirus, and three are hospitalized.

Nueces County Health Director Annette Rodriguez told the Caller-Times Thursday afternoon health officials received word of a seventh positive COVID-19 case reported at the beef processing plant.
