The GOP is jumping through hoops right now to prevent Democrats from voting in November, under the guise of preventing voter fraud. This is a tactic white confederates have used for over 115 years. I looked up on the Texas Department of Public Safety website prior to posting. My brother is 58, and requested a replacement card in February, it costs 11 dollars to replace a lost ID card.
