Ramp that leads drivers to Juarez off Interstate 10 in El Paso reopening, TxDOT officials announce
Drivers heading to Juárez will once again be able to use Ramp H from I-10 East at the Spaghetti Bowl.
Texas Department of Transportation officials announced the ramp will open Monday afternoon.
The ramp was supposed to open Monday morning but the rain storm Sunday evening prevented crews from doing finishing touches including putting up signage and removing concrete barriers.
The ramp, which had been closed since mid-January, also will provide access to U.S. 54 and Loop 375 via the interstate.
