3. I'll never forget the first time I realized he was wheelchair-bound thinking how could he be

so lacking in empathy for others? But then we now have Cawthorne (a'hole R from NC) who is every bit as disgusting. I know having faced a disabling injury does not automatically mean one would be more likely to be caring for others similarly impacted or suffering in general, but I naively thought it might. It really adds to my disgust.
