Evidently the good news here is that Former Orange Lardo endorsed his opponent but this guy won.
The bad news is that a reTHUG is still a reTHUG.

(205,320 posts)If there's a Democrat running against him, that would still be the better choice - but a Trump spokesperson said it was the Democrats who turned out to vote for Ellzey.

(42,554 posts)They had a blanket primary for this seat for some reason and the top two finishers were both Republicans. A helluva choice for Democrats, but Trump made it a little easier when he endorsed Wright.
