A trial court has to be really unhappy with a litigant to impose any sanctions, much less tag a litigant with sanctions (Tex.R.Civ.P. 13, frivolous litigation here, I assume) of $100,000.

Affirmed on appeal until the Supreme Court bailed this conspiracy theorist and self-appointed ‘Election Security Expert’ (good Lord) out. Anything to keep the GQP happy.
