I have no doubt about it. But what will happen in the Legislature? It will depend on what we see out of the courts in the next two months.

Lyle Larson has been feuding with them for quite awhile. Larson is more of a "Joe Straus" type Republican. He's a moderate. He's fed up. Nico LaHood is gonna run for the spot. Nico LaHood is crazy. Like Matt Rinaldi crazy. LaHood was a Democrat until 2019. https://www.ksat.com/news/2016/08/29/district-attorney-nico-lahood-vaccines-cause-autism/

Biedermann's district boundaries were moved. (I think they weren't too pleased with his bill to secede)

Seligar's district boundaries were also moved. He was also more moderate. They are pretty sure they can get a tea partier in.

Democrats are leaving too.

Ina Minjarez is leaving and she's good. There are numerous others.
