Descendants of people who donated items are suing (or at least a Repub in the GA is making a fuss about it) to get items back.

It was just the people living near the monument (million $ homes) that filed suits. The Sons of Confederate Veterans and Daughters of the Confederacy were absent in this. I think this is a parting shot hissy fit by them. State park - state property. Suck off aholes.
