Va. gay marriage ruling prompts little reaction from CuccinelliFormer AG reacts to ruling striking down gay marriage ban
By David Sherfinski - The Washington Times Sunday, February 16, 2014
A federal judges opinion striking down Virginias constitutional amendment banning gay marriage has generated emotional, visceral reactions from people on both sides of the issue. (39,152 posts)1. What a load, Marshall. If the federal government had left the Civil Rights Act to
"the will of the people", we'd still have segregated lunch counters in Birmingham, AL and everywhere else. Just like Chris Christie's lame, "let the voters decide" on gay marriage. Give me a break.

Seems to me the people have spoken loud and clear with our sweep of office here in VA last year.
