(11 posts)If ya can't win fair and square, run as a Republican. Lying, cheating & stealing are long held principles. Just ask my congressman, Scott Taylor. [link:http://www.rollcall.com/news/politics/scott-taylor-staffers-fraudulent-signatures|

(7,725 posts)Thats a FEDERAL SECURITY APPLICATION! It has absolutely everything about someone that was given under the proviso that it was to be sheltered under lock and key. We cannot allow this wholesale reaming of the security branch of this govt to be crippled by the russians through don and his minions. It's absolutely unheard of and if this is allowed to stand, will set a precedent that will never be set back to trust worthiness. This is appalling.

Democrats need to raise holy hell over this, need to demand action immediately be brought against Ryan's super pac.

(15,286 posts)It could easily be found from other public sources. The biggest issue is medical history which is covered by HIPPA.
SF86 is covered by the Privacy Act, but there are tons of exceptions.

(7,142 posts)They used the information that she taught at an Islamic school and of course they labeled the school as a terrorist institution.
Mundane or not, should we overlook people stealing classified information, should we also overlook the people who received the classified information and publicized it?
With all due respect, the biggest issue is not medical history, it is criminality, it is breaking the law.

(15,286 posts)when I was assigned to a classified program. I had an interview, too, but before my clearance was granted, the program where I was to work was canceled and I never officially got top secret clearance.
Go read the form to see how many exeptions there are allowing release of information. I spent 25+ years working for Uncle Sam and never assumed anything was private.

With the clear understanding that the information will NEVER be disclosed to anyone without an official need to know.
This is criminal, and it undermines the whole security clearance system.
