Bob McDonnell and Ken Cuccinelli's "Targeted Regulation of Abortion Providers" (TRAP) is imposing burdensome and unnecessary regulations on women's health clinics. The regulations have one goal: shut down women's access to safe and legal first-trimester abortion. Now, Bob McDonnell is asking Virginians to nominate excessive regulations for elimination.
