2. Bain started this SOP in the 80s to avoid labor laws and increase profits for corporate elite.

This 'strategy' is widespread now, and the corporate elite are laughing all the way to the bank while the middle class is being destroyed, and working class is becoming the working poor - lower wages, no benefits, no pensions.
