Virginia is at a crossroads, and the General Assembly is left with 2 options: a constitutional amendment with broad support, or an advisory commission that will not prevent the legislature from drawing their own district lines. This is an easy choice.

This amendment is very flawed. Read some of the links at Blue Virginia (bluevirginia.us) Just do a search on amendment before you jump on this bandwagon.
