Virginia Employment Commission website has PUA link
At long last the website has a link for gig workers and self-employed to apply for unemployment insurance.

Link is at the top of the page. It takes you to a page which has instructions and a link to a gov2go page where you make an account and apply. It looks like they are using a contractor rather than doing their own page.
Let's hope it works.
