Key dates for voting in Virginia

Deadline to register to vote, or update an existing registration, is Tuesday, October 13, 2020.

Deadline to request an absentee ballot to be mailed to you is Friday, October 23, 2020. Your request must be received by your Registrar by 5:00 p.m.

Last day to vote early in person is Saturday, October 31, 2020.

Last day to postmark an absentee ballot is Tuesday, November 3, 2020. I would strongly recommend mailing it a week earlier or dropping off at your registrar.

My voter history shows I voted so I believe all is well with my vote.

I can't believe it will be at least a month before results. Going to be hard to wait.
