The state has one year to establish WACs regarding safe distribution/

That's one of the little details that needs to be worked out! Get a medical marijuana card and you can get it at one of the dispensaries!

If you hear any differently, let me know!

btw, the Washington State Liquor Control Board is going to be in charge of setting up the system and last I heard, it was going to take about a year.
