Big bad man tackles woman as if he is in a wrestling match with Thanos and in mortal danger. Maybe, in his tiny, mesomorph brain he feels like a tiny little ant? That would be a scary way to live so, yeah, get a gun and a uniform, that will help.

Nothing says coward like overreactions and sheer, forceful thuggery, (as per The Furor Orange).

"To intimidate and take down!"

So much for the oath. That behavior shreds it.

Bellevue police suspend 'neck restraints' after video of violent take down goes public

Bellevue police found the 2018 use of force was justified. But the chief has halted the move, 'except when the officer’s life is in danger.'

However, Bellevue Police say the incident happened in December of 2018 when an officer pulled a woman over outside the mall for failing to transfer the title to her car.

I am again amongst the people calling for defunding the police. To be clear, that does not mean getting rid of police. It means diverting money to invest in community programs - one such program would be conflict resolution. The police should not be involved in a dispute about transferring a title. It would be actually helpful for the police IMO - giving them more time to focus on more serious crime.

People have had enough of cops with their "comply or we'll hurt you" mindset.

I'm gonna put you out.

I'm gonna put you out.

Someone should put him out.

All that violence over a car title.

I fucking hate cops.
