Seattle Police arrest man for dragging cat behind his bike

SEATTLE – Seattle Police say they arrested a 32-year-old man Friday night after he was reportedly dragging a cat on a rope behind a bicycle that he was riding.

Officers arrested the man on Animal Cruelty charges after speaking with a witness around 9:15 p.m. in the 9000 block of 13th Avenue Northwest.

The cat had visible injuries from the rope being tied around its body and from being dragged for an unknown distance, police say.

Officers took the cat to a local emergency veterinary clinic for treatment and the suspect was booked into King County Jail.

In Maryland it's a felony to abuse animals.

I would prefer the death penalty for psychopaths that harm cats and animals.

I know if I saw someone abuse a cat, I would beat them until they were a whiskers breath away from death. All cat abusers deserve hate and harm
and yes ugly violent painful deaths. .
