Amber Alert issued for missing 13-year-old Richland girl and 7-year-old brother
RICHLAND, Wash. - An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 13-year-old girl who left home with her 7-year-old brother Tuesday night.
The parents of the missing children say their daughter, Emaleigh Paier, took their car without permission. Their younger son, Liam Hogan, who has autism, was also in the car.
Police say the two left their home in the 1400 block of Farrell Lane in Richland at around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday.

The children left the home in a silver 2011 Chevrolet Equinox SUV with a sunroof, bearing Washington license plate BWM7177.
