Nearly 15K without power as winds hit Puget Sound region
With a Wind Advisory in effect from 4 p.m. Wednesday until 4 a.m. Thursday, for the east Puget Sound lowlands, some residents in the region are already starting to see their lights go out.
Live Updates:
4:30 p.m. Puget Sound Energy reports 13,339 customers without power, mainly near Snoqualmie and Black Diamond.
Snohomish County PUD reports 1,588 customers without power, mostly in areas east of Snohomish.
Seattle City Light and Tacoma Public Utilities are not reporting any major outages at this time.
