Takeover?
I haven’t seen Trump “takeover”, as in control, any city.
Not DC, not LA, nowhere.
Don’t get me wrong, he has ordered the invasion, disruption and occupation of those cities, but I don’t think the term “take over” applies at all.
He’s not running those cities or the people who live there.
While he has plenty of power, he has very little actual control .
