but i'm not sure what you meant by "breaking with dems" . do you mean how he would vote ?

(86,275 posts)He's been loyal to preserving the ACA and voting against the tax bill. He's the only Dem defector on a continuing resolution that requires 60 votes to break the filibuster. No harm, no foul.
