Sure its a lost cause - at this moment anyway - but why not go on the attack and fight for lost causes instead of being purely in defense mode, reacting all the time? I think it would help people to be reminded of what the Dem party stands for, and maybethe fighting FOR things can get the same press and attention that the conflict and fighting AGAINST things
Honestly I am sick to death of Walker this Walker that. Cant we pleeeeeze talk about Kathleen Vinehouts bill - or someone else, something else for two minutes OK?

(1,752 posts)you mention. Certainly we can look up our legislators ourselves, call, email, storm their office without having a coordinating publicity campaign or an email that comes in my box with a link that I click on to "tell my legislator yadda yadda"
Im not posting any links - yall know how to use google to look up your legislators.
Thom Hartmann is fond of saying that leaders don't really "lead," they just like to get out in front of a parade and act like they are... that its really the energy percolating up from the bottom that drives everything. I tend to agree.
