I went to his web site. Here is the statement that is supposed to convince people to donate to his campaign.

America needs a leader who will take big, bold action, who is not afraid to take on the status quo and who knows how to fight the liberal establishment and win.

So the bigness and boldness pretty much boils down to fighting the liberal establishment. I guess Scotty hasn't heard, but the Tea Party thing is pretty much last Tuesday. He's hoping to ride a wave that already crested and smashed a few houses, left garbage on the beach, and is now flowing back out to sea.
