Saying Walker never stops to talk to them (the protesters--whose goal is for Iowa to get to him Walker). I think these protests were in IOWA--but not sure.

say simple Supply and Demand but the real story is the War on Teachers in Wisconsin! Early retirement and few going into teaching.
Teachers being unfairly blamed for poor academic performance especially in poor minority districts.

From the point of view of supply and demand, teachers aren't paid enough and their working conditions are poor -- therefore, decreased supply.
