The question about race comes at 25:40 and that slimy snake dances around until throwing the blame on "big government union bosses" at about the 27:00 minute mark. He's done everything he can for African Americans, but what's he supposed to do when the big government union bosses stood in the way of his heroic efforts fighting for racial justice, right?

And his twisting of the facts regarding the cost of the Buck's deal earlier in the interview is classic fast talking Scott Walker bullshit.
