What now for Badgerland?

With Walker slithering back to Wisconsin frustrated, bitter, and looking for a dog to kick, I fully expect him to unleash a shitstorm even worse than what we've already endured. But maybe, just maybe he'll pull a Palin, and quit (to "make some real money" in the private sector, like he claims Tonette wants)-- dumping the whole steaming pile in Gov. Becky's lap. In any event, Fasten your seat belts, Badgers—it's going to be a bumpy ride to 2018!

PS--Paraphrasing what someone wrote of Sarah Palin after the 2008 election: "The country dodged a bullet this time, now let's hope the local Badgers are as lucky. Unfortunately it's probably gonna take multiple clips of silver bullets & several cords of wooden stakes to put him down, and even then I'd want to make sure he was buried in a triple-lined lead coffin at a Delavan crossroads guarded by an archangel with a flaming sword. If Delavan has a crossroads."

Perhaps that was his real ambition at running. To get Koch money take care of that so that he could at least serve out his term at governor and not minimally have to resign and maybe go to prison too. The original kochaine adict!!

Makes me want to pull my fucking hair out.

Maybe voting machines. Maybe crooked election officials. Maybe open ballot bags. Maybe a whole host of reasons that we fought against. But in the end, it was what me and my brothers and sisters wanted. Fuck!

I know many who tried to get rid of him. He cheats. Maybe they will succeed in getting rid of him now that he has embarrassed himself and his state on a national level.

recall--even lots of Dems thought he should not be recalled-so sat out that election (I canvassed a lot and heard this from many Dems). His 'odds' if you will-- were on the less than robust side for a General election. And another factor--and Walker bragged about this himself out on the stump--He got re-elected in a blue state (and WI is a blue state for Presidential elections). That said--on non General election years--Dems did not show up at the polls in as good of numbers as did the rah rah teaparty folks.

I'm sick of people on DEMOCRATIC UNDERGROUND telling Wisconsin DEMOCRATS that this guy is what we wanted.

Do some homework.

Than an actual idea. Even though I have no reason to personally dislike him, (he is governor next door) I feel a desire to rub his nose in it. He is a bully.

He reached too high, and now his bragging about winning those three elections doesn't look so hot. He's got a big "L" on his forehead.

He'll be more of a lame duck than a firebrand, IMO.

Walker plans to dismiss all tenured and tenure-track faculty in the system with the exception of the Madison campus, then offer everyone their job back on an annual contract basis, with the maximum allowable salary being the median salary of a public K-12 teacher. Still just a rumor at this point but it wouldn't surprise me.

He can, of course, do this now that tenure has been eliminated. Would not require approval from the Legislature either.

...I guess to celebrate his "leadership" in dropping out of the race?
Also promises to finish his current term, but "hasn't decided yet" about running for a third term. How deep will that hole be by then?
