6. I put down my driver's license.

The woman asked me my name so I told her it was on the license. The supervisor had told them to have all voters say their name for the benefit of any observer who happened to be there. They didn't like my refusal and handed me a ballot.

Then the brand new scanner rejected my ballot, "multiple ballots detected". I was given two ballots and it wasn't noticed until the scanner caught it.
