2. Ron Johnson's an incumbent

and like all Dem candidates this cycle, Feingold can't just rest on his reputation which was built years ago. Democratic turnout nationally has been modest, and every office has to be fought for. But it's a good sign that Feingold is ahead at this point and in a way, it's his race to lose, so to speak.
