While I am also hopeful that there will be some justice and the outrageous Walker/GOP gerrymandering will be overturned, there have been 2 threads on this recently (that I saw) and neither had information that reflected what was happening because the sourcing links were too old.

The judge has stated that he is not taking the GOP bragging seriously, not a good sign for our side, though he did state that gaining partisan advantage appears to be the reason for the redistricting, which is a good sign.

Perhaps the most discouraging take-away, however, is the judge has also claimed that he has no clear guidelines to base his decision on -- but perhaps he will create them. I am optimistic, but also wanted to bring some reality into this discussion.
