Scott Walker says "vagina" in American Sign Language

Yes, that is the ASL sign for vagina. He's such a creep. And what's the symbolism of hanging out with the stuffed white owl, anyway?

Picture is from a story about Walker speaking with the Wisconsin State Journal at the Executive Residence in Maple Bluff (he sold his house and is now living 100% off the taxpayers until he can move to DC).
