Walker doesn't always create jobs, but when he does, they're in another State

From Cognitive Dissidence.

At GOPfest, Scott Walker doubled down on his broken promise of creating 250,000 jobs.

The one thing he didn't mention is where he was going to create them, as shown with some road work being done in Central Wisconsin (emphasis mine);

As part of his efforts to create jobs and make sure Wisconsin is open for business, Governor Scott Walker recently signed a $194,000 contract to improve 37 structures located along US 10 and US 45 in Waupaca and Outagamie Counties. Work is currently scheduled to begin April 23 and is scheduled for completion in early June 2012.

Ram Construction Services of Michigan, Inc. is the prime contractor for the project. Crews will preserve the structures by sealing the decks. As the name of the company implies, the construction company that Walker is giving all that money to isn't from Wisconsin. They have offices in Michigan, Ohio and Minnesota, but not Wisconsin.

Imagine that, our hard earned tax dollars going to support an out of state construction company. What? Walker couldn't find one in Wisconsin? Did he close those all down already?

Well, most of his donations come from out-of-state, so who else should he reward?

I mean why should he work for us shmucks in WI. We're not the ones paying him the big bucks.
