1. Any Republican is a threat. Wisconsin has Senator Johnson instead of Senator Feingold

he ran against Russ and was basically a weak candidate.

Which is why I find it surprising he is now seeking office. Despite his effort eighteen years ago, he is much wealthier now and is in a position to buy himself an election.
