American Wheelman (magazine) used to and probably still does, tell cyclists to call out when they are approaching hikers. Most do. Some don't.

Now, in the last few years, add electric bikes and the problem escalates.

Our hiking club just wrote a letter to the Hunterdon County Park Commission asking their rangers to address the increasing problems with electric bike riders on county trails.
