Looks like there may be cuts forced upon the TPS after all even though Blair, like so many other police "leaders" in this country will strike fear into Ford and hold him over a barrel.

But thats not going to happen. Its going to come out of services provided to the poor, and/or some scheme to privatize a department thats unionized.
