2. That's strange URL seems to work intermittently

When I saw your post, I tried to click on the link and it didn't work. Then I tried copying the link from my DU post and pasting into my browser and it worked fine. Then I tried the same copy and paste process again a few seconds later, and once more it told me the video couldn't be found.

If you get to a vimeo page you could try a search in their web site search engine on the phrase "March to Parliament Hill + speech by Prof. Anthony James Hall" as that seems to bring it up as the first video in the list of video matches. Once you find it there, it seemed to work every time I clicked on it.
