Canadian police chiefs want possession of drugs for personal use to be decriminalized. Being an

addict should not be a crime. Police should be free to focus in organized crime instead.

started its safe injection site in the market downtown the opioid users from the suburbs went there. Chiefs of police want it looked at as a healthcare issue and people streamed to those experts.
