You can't really trust the citizens to do the right thing on their own. They must be ordered around like idiotic children. The illusion of "Grownups" is just that.

What's the matter with us North Americans? - Haven't we noticed that this virus just keeps on thriving, especially when we open things back up?

No cure . . .
