Pretty cheap and the location is great. I don't care about comfort, because I will really only be there to sleep, but I don't want a real dump. Heading there for a few days in late November. Cheers!

(7,227 posts)There's a Holland House, but it seems to be a hostel, not a hotel (and it's more Pimlico way): http://lhalondon.com/holland-house/ (it's definitely cheap, a few mixed reviews, mainly complaints about the cleanliness of the toilets)
There's also a Holland Inn Hotel, which is in Kensington: http://www.booking.com/hotel/gb/holland-inn.en-gb.html (a bit pricier than Holland Court)

These days I prefer to stay in Essex, and commute in via train as and when I fancy a day out in that there London town.
Mine is a short trip and since I'm not familiar with London I need to be central
