To play one of their lines, yes foreign aid isnt exactly the only means to development. Cut foreign aid? Well 0.7% of GNI will mean a relatively high level of aid, but depending of course on the GNI. Cut it could mean to cut the overall amount especially through both bilateral and multilateral projects that do not exhibit results.
But snapping back to reality, UKIP just wants to cut the quantitative amount of aid.
