From the article:

The poll of 2,000 adults, commissioned by bedding giant Slumberdown, revealed the top 50 things most likely to send us to the land of nod include a hot bath, the sound of your children reading to you, luxury bedding and work meetings.

Oh, wait, they probably have no idea who that loon is, nor should they. Blip on the screen of American politics . . .

I had to google him. I think the only candidates anyone would recognise over here are Clinton Bush and Trump, and Bush only by name, not photo.

I think the main people that UK citizens would know from the primaries are Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, and possibly Jeb Bush because of his connection with GWB.

At least you can take steps to avoid them; they appear in the TV schedule. As is Test Match Cricket... though it's the radio commentary that does it for me. Heck, a lot of the BBC Radio 4 / 4 Extra / World Service schedule can do that for me... though God forbid me if I'm not awake when Focus on Africa comes on.... that intro music is guaranteed to get me up... good job it's on at 10am my time.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
