2018 AR US Senate Special Election-assuming Cotton-R becomes CIA Director.

What is the likelihood that Governor Asa Hutchinson appoints his brother - Tim Hutchinson- who previously served as AR US Senator from 1997-2003 or one of his twin nephews- Jeremy or Tim Jr. both current or former members of the AR State Legislature to the US Senate?

After all he voted to impeach Bill Clinton while he was having an affair with a woman who was working on his staff. (see what I did there? )

His hipocracy will make him fit right in in today's republican party. He would get extra points though if she had been 14 at the time.
