(53,475 posts)... I suspect the next number you hear released will be the final number. No sense suggesting "we're done" and having signature collectors relax.
Privately, I think we'll get to a million, or very close. A recall election will occur.
We'll see if we can get a candidate with enough pizzazz to win.
didnt realize it was that fast!!!.. and i understand about the relaxing thing...especieally with the dirty tricks of the other side.. as an outsider im curious, is there any chance of getting Paul Ryan this next time around?..

(715 posts)Watching it from next door in Illinois I admire everyone in Wisconsin working to recall Walker. My question is about Obama. Will he go to Wisconsin to campaign for the Democratic nominee? My guess is he won't and I think that would be a grave mistake on his part. Any thoughts on this?

(53,475 posts)I really don't want the right wing to make this about Obama, so I'd just as soon he sat this one out.

(715 posts)I have to admit I hadn't thought of it in that context. For me, it's still more about Obama taking a visible stand. Your point, though, is definitely valid. Either way, at the end of the day Walker being removed will send a powerful message. I hope it gets done.
