2018 US House Election- What are Democrats chances in winning NC-9,OH-12,and WV-3?

In NC-9
Iraq war veteran Dan McCready-D won the Democratic Nomination, Baptist Minister Mark Harris-R won the Republican nomination over incumbent Robert Pittenger-R.
In OH-12
Danny O'Connor-D won the Democratic Nomination, Troy Balderson-R is narrowly leading Melanie Lenagan-R in the Republican side.
In WV-3
State Senator and Iraq War Veteran Richard Ojeda-D won the Democratic Nomination. State House Majority Whip Carol Miller-R won the Republican nomination.

Democrats hold 193 US House Seats. They hold onto MI-13 and NY-25. 195. They lose PA-14,MN-1,and MN-8. 192.

Ojeda is actually leading in general election polling.
The predictors like Sabato and Cook still rate it as likely Republican, as they're only looking at their handicap numbers, based on 2016, and not taking into account individual candidates.

I'm not a big Ojeda fan myself, but many really like the guy and he has a good chance to win.
