Would Chuck Schumer have denied Kavanaugh a hearing and a up or down vote by the full Senate like The Turtle did to Garland or Would Kavanaugh gotten a hearing and a full Senate up or down vote?
When Lindsey Graham stated yesterday at the hearing that he voted to confirm Kagan and Sotomayor, A Democratic US Senator at the hearing should have asked Graham if he voted to confirm Garland.
