If MD Governor Larry Hogan-R is to run for the US Senate, what seat is he likely to run for?

2022 against Van Hollen-D?
2024(OPEN Cardin-D) Democratic Nominee is US Reps. John Sarbanes, Anthony Brown, or Jamie Raskins.
Larry Hogan is more interested in seeking the Republican nomination for POTUS in 2024 than becoming a US Senator.
