Corbett's time in office from a new Keystone Research Center study, explain the bogus Medicaid plan he recently proposed to restrict the program and then use ObamaCare Medicaid expansion funds to cover fewer people with private insurance instead, and put these two unfolding stories in the context of his imminent 2014 reelection campaign which isn't looking so hot right now as the latest poll just recorded him with an all-time low approval rating.
