What was Sherrod Brown's best OH statewide election performance?

1986 OH Secretary of State against an unknown Vincent Campanella-R?
2006 OH US Senator against Mike DeWine-R, then a incumbent US Senator who is now Governor?

The only election Sherrod Brown lost was the 1990 OH Secretary of State Election to Bob Taft.
If both Brown and Taft were to face each other again, Brown will defeat Taft.
