If Palin finishes in 3rd place in the blanket primary, Will Peltoka win the general election?

The November General Election candidates will be Peltoka-D vs Begich-R.

The 2022 AK US House Race is similar to the 2017 AL US Senate Race.

Mary Peltoka is Doug Jones.
Sarah Palin is Roy Moore.
