Which CO US Senator is likely to retire 1st. Bennet in 2029 or Hickenlooper in 2033?

Bennet will be in the US Senate for 20 years by 2029. Bennet will be the 2nd longest serving US Senator from CO.
Hickenlooper will be 80 years old when he completes his 2nd term in 2033.
